Nancy Eichsteadt, Marketing Communications, PSU

I am delighted to recommend Brian Groves for your next video project. Brian has the experience and capacity to take on almost any size creative project, and he will deliver a high-quality product on time and budget every single time.

In 2008, a consortium consisting of WOU, OSU, EOU, George Fox, Lewis & Clark, UP, and PSU, acquired a FIPSE Grant to create a new program around K-12 math and science education. A committee of upwards of 25 people met for several months to design the program and they named it PrISM. It consisted of online classes offered by each institution that students could combine for a certificate. They needed a way to advertise PrISM across the state.

As you can imagine, working with a group that large presents its challenges. A budget was identified for outreach, and a video was one of several components. The group chose Jungle Media and assigned some loose criteria for the video. Brian’s job consisted of writing, editing and vetting the script; setting up shoots with principals, teachers, and children at multiple locations; and combining and editing all into a seamless, high-quality 5-minute video that would please consortium members and promote the PrISM program in a compelling way.

The resulting video was stunning. Brian created and packaged a long and a short version for web and DVDs. He keeps a master version on his server if we ever need a new copy and has lots of B-roll for future projects.

Brian’s production work is impeccable, but in addition, he is fully capable of working with individuals or groups under any circumstances, and always puts the customer first. He will go the extra mile to get the right result, including finding the most appropriate talent and equipment. I guarantee that if you hire Jungle Media, you will not be disappointed. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
